摘　　要：目的通过健康行为改变不同变化阶段高血压患者信息需求的分析,探讨信息需求与健康行为改变之间的关系,为健康管理部门及信息服务部门制定相关的政策提供依据。方法以高血压患者为调查对象进行问卷调查,基于跨理论模型理论进行行为阶段划分,分析不同变化阶段的信息需求的特征及影响因素。结果不同阶段健康信息需求不同,不同变化阶段信息需求的影响因素不同,健康行为改变与信息需求相关。结论健康管理者及信息服务部门针对不同阶段患者信息需求的不同,有针对性为其推送信息服务,更好促进健康行为的改变。Objective To analysis of information needs of hypertension patients at different stages of change in health behavior,Study on the relationship between Information demand and Health behavior change,Provide basis for health management and information services to formulate relevant policies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate patients with hypertension.Based on the theory of cross-theoretical model,the behavior stages are divided.The characteristics and influencing factors of information demand in different stages are analyzed.Results Health information needs are different at different stages,The influence factors of information demand are different in different stages of change.Health behavior changes are related to information needs.Conclusion The health manager and the information service department are different in the information needs of patients at different stages.A targeted push information service,Better promote change in healthy behavior.
