人性化护理对无痛痔疮术患者临床指标及焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探究人性化护理对无痛痔疮术患者临床指标及焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2016年9月~2017年9月收治的114例无痛痔疮术患者临床资料进行分析,将行常规护理者设作对照组(57例),行人性化护理者设作研究组(57例),比较两组临床指标、焦虑及抑郁情绪评分、满意度。结果研究组首次排便(41.87±5.33)h、切口愈合(9.22±1.48)d等临床时间指标均短于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组SAS(40.35±2.08)分、SDS(42.33±2.07)分均较对照组低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理态度(23.51±1.28)分等满意度评分均高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛痔疮术患者经人性化护理后可有效缩短切口愈合时间,缓解其负面情绪,促进患者满意度提高。Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing on clinical indexes and anxiety and depression in patients with painless hemorrhoids.Methods The clinical data of 114 patients with painless hemorrhoids treated from September 2016 to September 2017 were analyzed.The routine caregivers were set as the control group(57 cases)and the humanized caregivers as the study group(57 cases),comparing the two groups of clinical indicators,anxiety and depression scores,satisfaction.Results After the first time of defecation(41.87±5.33)h and wound healing(9.22±1.48)d,the clinical indexes of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),SAS(40.35±2.08)scores,SDS(42.33±2.07)scores were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group nursing attitude(23.51±1.28)grading satisfaction scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with painless hemorrhoids can reduce the time of curative wound healing,relieve the negative emotions and promote the satisfaction of patients after humanized nursing.
