摘  要:【目的】玉米太空诱变核不育突变体ms39,选自川单9号种子太空诱变后代。该突变体为细胞核遗传,受隐性单基因控制。育性分离群体的不育株往往伴随着植株的矮化,旨在探讨该突变体不育性与矮化之间的遗传关系。【方法】利用太空诱变核不育株(ms39)与自交系B73杂交组配(ms39ms39×B73)F2群体,构建分子标记遗传图谱,对株高、穗位高、雄穗分支数、雄穗长度进行QTL定位。【结果】共定位到9个QTL,4个株高QTL分别位于1、3、4、10号染色体;2个穗位高QTL分别位于3、4号染色体;1个雄穗长度QTL位于3号染色体;2个雄穗分支数QTL分别位于2、4号染色体。【结论】在3号染色体检测到1个主效株高位点qph3-1,该位点恰好位于不育基因定位区段附近,这对解释该核不育材料常常伴随株高降低这一现象具有重要的参考价值。【Objective】The male sterile mutant ms39 obtained from the offsprings of Chuandan No.9 hybrid seeds,which had been carried into outspace for flight.The mutant was controlled by a single recessive gene in nuclear.Most of the male sterile plants accompanied with dwarf phenotype,this study aims at exploring the genetic relationship between the male sterile and dwarf phenoytype of the ms39 mutant.【Method】The(ms39ms39×B73)F2 population were used as mapping population.The molecular genetic map was constructed,and QTL mapping for plant height,ear height,tassel branch number and tassel length were conducted.【Result】A total of nine QTL were detected.Four plant height QTL were detected on chromosome 1,3,4 and 10,respectively.Two ear height QTL were detected on the chromosomes 3 and 4,respectively.One tassel length QTL was detected on chromosome 3.Two tassel branch number QTL were detected on chromosomes 2 and 4,respectively.【Conclusion】A major plant height QTL,qph3-1 was identified on chromosome 3,and located at the neighboring region of male sterile gene mapping interval.This result provides an important information for explaining the male sterile material often accompanied with the decrease of plant height.
