摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加三种调味型诱食剂对安格斯犊牛的生长发育及血清生化指标的影响,进而对比三种诱食剂的作用效果。选用体重相近的健康6月龄安格斯犊牛24头,随机分为4个处理组,即对照组、绿色剂组、香味剂组、甜味剂组。对照组饲喂全混合日粮(Total Mixed Rations,TMR);绿色剂组为TMR+绿色素0.24%;香味剂组为TMR+XTRACT○R7065 1.2g/d;甜味剂组为TMR+甜蜜素0.4%。预试期10d,正试期30d。结果显示:(1)在采食量上:0~15d,绿色剂组与甜味剂组的日均干物质采食量(ADMI)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);15~30d和0~30d,三个试验组的ADMI均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)在体重方面:与对照组比较,各个试验组犊牛的始重、第15天及第30天的体重差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验0~15d,绿色剂组与甜味剂组的ADG均比对照组增加了40.38%(P<0.05);试验15~30d和0~30d,绿色剂组、甜味剂组的ADG亦显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)体尺方面:在整个试验期,试验组犊牛的体高及体直长呈现高于对照组的趋势(P>0.05);(4)血清生化指标方面:于试验第30天,绿色剂组与香味剂组的BUN含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加绿色剂、香味剂及甜味剂均能够提高采食量,增加ADG,提高饲料利用率。诱食剂可显著改善血清中BUN含量,增强其抗病能力。In this study,an attempt was made to research the effects of three kinds of attractants on the growth and serum biochemical indexes of Angus calves.24 healthy 6-month-old Angus calves with body weight similar to each other were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups,namely control group,green agent group,flavor agent group,sweetener group.The control group was fed with total mixed rations(TMR);The green agent group was TMR+chlorophyll 0.24%;the flavor group was TMR+XTRACT○R 7065 1.2 g/d;the sweetener group was TMR+sodium cyclamate 0.4%.The preparation period of 10 d,the trial period of 30 d.The results showed that:(1)feed intake:From 0 to 15 days,the ADMI in the green agent group and the sweetener group was respectively higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);during 15 to 30 days and 0 to 30 days,compared with the control group,the ADMI in the three experimental groups was significanty higher than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Body weight:compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the body weight of the yak in each experimental group,on the 15th day and on the 30th day(P>0.05).From 0 to 15 days of the trial,compared to the control group,the ADG of both the green agent group and the sweetener group increased by 40.38%(P<0.05);from 15 to 30 days and 0 to 30 days for,the ADG of the two groups was were also respectively higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Body size:during the whole test period,the body height and body straightness of the test groups were higher than those of the control group(P>0.05).(4)Serum biochemical indicators:on the 30th day of the experiment,the BUN content of the green agent group and the fragrance group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).These results demonstrated that the addition of three kinds of attractants in the diet increased the average daily gain of calves and improved the utilization of feed.Among them,green pigment and sweeteners were effective.
