摘　　要：肉羊的运输福利受到广泛的关注,减少运输环节的应激是当前养殖业发展的需要。中国是畜禽生产大国,每年都有大量的畜禽出栏运往其它地方,运输不规范会引起肉品质下降,因此,在实际生产中需要将运输环节的研究逐渐深入化,对运输过程规范化。文章通过总结生产实践以及前人的相关经验,系统地分析了肉羊运输环节中的福利问题。依据肉羊行为特点和生产需求,对肉羊运输前期、后期以及运输过程进行规范,减少应激反应的发生。除了运输环节采取相应的规范措施,还应注意运输的环境以及选择适宜的工具,使运输过程更加福利化。The transportation welfare of mutton sheep has received extensive attention.How to reduce the stress of transportation is the need of the current development of the breeding industry.China is a big country for livestock and poultry production.Every year,a large number of livestock and poultry are slaughtered and transported to other places.Poor transportation will cause the decline of meat quality.Therefore,in actual production,the research of transportation links needs to be deepened and the transportation process standardized.This paper systematically analyzes the welfare problems in the transportation of mutton sheep through the production practice and the relevant experience of predecessors.According to the behavior characteristics and production demand of mutton sheep,the prophase,later stage and transportation process of mutton sheep were regulated to reduce the occurrence of stress reaction.Except the adoption of standardized measures during transport,attention should also be put in the transport environment and the choile of suitable tools to make more welfare for the transpot process.
