摘  要:本文以新疆农业大学经济与贸易学院为例,从近五届本科生学习成绩的问题表征出发,反观教学培养模式的适宜度,就课程的成绩分析探讨人才培养的上升空间,并以成绩差异的微观视角探析提升人才培养模式的可行性策略。Taking School of Economics and Business of Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example,starting from the problems of undergraduate students'academic achievements in the past five years,and looking back on the suitability of the teaching training mode,this paper probes into the rising space of the talent training on the basis of quantitative analysis of the results,and probes into the feasibility strategy of improving the training mode of talents with the microscopic angle of the difference of achievement.
