摘 要:针对RCC M规范要求和工程上现有CPR 1000稳压器排放管存在的振动问题,对HPR1000稳压器进行了力学分析,并对其管道布置进行了优化。采用PIPESTRESS软件对HPR1000稳压器排放管进行建模,对管道所受载荷进行分析,并进行了应力评定;根据其管道布置的特点,对其振动特性进行分析。分析结果表明:管道满足RCC M规范要求;确定了稳压器排放管的振动动载荷响应最大的位置;优化并提出了HPR1000稳压器排放管布置改进方案,解决了其振动问题。As required by the RCC M code and due to the severe vibration of the HPR1000 pressurizer discharge line,the mechanical analysis for the HPR1000 pressurizer is carried out and the pipeline layout is optimized.The mechanical model of the pressurizer discharge line is accomplished using PIPESTRESS software,and the seismic analysis is conducted and the stress assessment is made,then the vibration performance is further analyzed.And the results of seismic analysis and stress analysis show that the pipe layout meets the RCCM code;more analysis is carried out to find the maximum response position for the dynamic load;the layout of the HPR1000 pressurizer discharge line is optimized and improved,and the vibration problem is solved.
