摘 要:为了改善聚酯亚胺无溶剂浸渍漆的介电性能,采用微乳化和超临界反应的方法制备纳米SiO_2,并制备了一系列纳米掺杂量不同的SiO_2改性聚酯亚胺浸渍漆。分别对试样进行TEM表征、介电强度测试、体积电阻率测试、介电常数测试和粘度测试,结果表明:纳米SiO_2与基体之间相容性较好;在掺杂质量分数为10%时击穿强度比纯漆提高5.79%,达到23.04k V/mm;体积电阻率基本保持不变;介电常数随掺杂量略有下降;随掺杂量增加粘度有较大幅度下降。In order to investigate the effect of nano doping properties of non-solvent impregnating varnish on polyester imide,this paper adopts micro-emulsion method and supercritical reaction preparation of nano SiO 2 and according to different proportions of polyester imide solventless impregnating varnish was doped,curing at high temperature by different doping ratios of nano composite materials.After TEM characterization,dielectric strength,volume resistivity test,dielectric constant test and viscosity test,the sample results show the nanometer SiO 2 and good compatibility in the matrix;when the doping amount is 10%breakdown strength than pure paint increased 5.79%reoching 23.04kV/mm;volume resistivity unchanged;dielectric constant with the doping amount decreased,and the increase of doping amount of viscosity has decreased substantially.
