摘  要:随着原料市场结构变化,倾动炉入炉物料变得日趋复杂,各种高杂物料明显增多,不仅影响产品质量,更影响倾动炉的稳定顺行。通过对倾动炉杂铜冶炼实践研究,采取优化配料方式,掺氧助熔,强化熔池传氧,氧化期局部掺氮等措施,提升了倾动炉应对复杂原料的适应能力。With the change of raw material market structure,tilting furnace materials become more and more complex,and all kinds of high miscellaneous materials increase obviously,which not only affects the quality of products,but also affects the stability of tilting furnace.Through the practice researching of the copper scrap smelting in the tilting furnace,the measures of optimizing the proportioning mode,adding oxygen to help the melting,strengthening the oxygen transfer in the molten pool and the partial nitrogen doping in the oxidation period have been adopted to improve the adaptability of the furnace to the complex raw materials.
