摘　　要：通过对影响本厂阴极铜质量的主要因素进行分析探讨,提出了相应的改进措施,使板身外观质量在高电流密度(325A/m2)条件下能够保持稳定,生产出的阴极铜平整、光滑、密实,达到国家A级品质标准,各项效益指标得到了较大提升。Through the analysis and discussion of the main factors affecting the quality of the copper cathode of our factory,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed to make the appearance quality of the plate body stable under the conditions of high current density(325A/m2),and the copper cathode produced is flat and smooth and dense,which to achieve the national A-level quality standards,the various efficiency indicators have been greatly improved.
