摘　　要：为了进一步执行国家节能减排和环境保护的重大决策,江西铜业(德兴)化工有限公司对一期项目的 SO_2风机进行节能改造,力求建立资源友好型和环境友好型企业。节能改造后采用高压节电系统驱动控制风机运转,风机改由中控室DCS直接调节电机转速控制,风机进口阀门全开,风机出口压力可满足25~32k Pa的运行需求。当生产工艺对风量需求发生变化,需调节风机出口压力时,中控人员可通过操作电脑直接调节电机转速,以调节风机出口压力,无需通知操作人员再到现场进行阀门调节,提高了生产响应速度,并进一步提高了生产效率,优化了生产过程。In order to further implement the important decision of national energy saving and environmental protection,Jiangxi Copper(Dexing)Chemical Co.,Ltd.has made energy conservation reform to the SO2 fan in the first phase of the project,and strives to establish a resource friendly and environment-friendly enterprise.After energy saving reform,the high voltage power saving system is used to control the operation of the fan.The fan is changed from the middle control room DCS to the motor speed control directly,the inlet valve of the fan is all open,and the outlet pressure of the fan can meet the 25~32kPa operation demand.When the demand of the air flow is changed in the production process and the outlet pressure of the fan is adjusted,the control personnel can directly adjust the motor speed by operating the computer directly,in order to adjust the outlet pressure of the fan,and no need to notify the operator to adjust the valve to the site,so as to improve the production response speed and further improve the production efficiency,optimize production.
