我国地球空间双星探测计划的工程史考察

摘　　要：地球空间双星探测计划是我国第一个由科学目标牵引的空间科学卫星计划,是以我方为主的我国与欧洲航天局合作开展的大科学工程。基于一手档案材料与相关文献资料,揭示了地球空间双星探测计划提出的历史背景和具体立项过程,从组织制度、火箭研制、卫星与有效载荷研制、卫星的发射及运行等四个方面描述了其实施过程,从科学数据的接收与处理、保障运行的技术创新两方面展示了其科技成就。最后,从国际合作与协同创新两方面尝试总结了若干历史经验。The double star program is the first satellite program of space science directed by scientific goals in China.It is a large scale research program cooperatively carried out by China and the European space agencies.Based on the archives and research literature,the authors reveal the background and approval process of the program.They also describe the implementation process from four aspects including the organizational system,rocket development,satellite and its payload development,and the satellite’s launch and operation.Moreover,they summarize the program’s achievements in gathering and processing of scientific data as well as technological innovations.Finally,the author sum up some historical experiences of the program with emphasis on the international cooperation and synergistic innovation.
