摘　　要：本文主要介绍500t缆载吊机主梁钢桁梁建造过程中的精度控制,主梁结构变形量的预先控制,为了达到精度控制,监理和业主、制造厂一起努力,预先考虑制造中可能出现的问题,通过对同种尺寸构件采用统一模具进行标准化制作,达到了相同尺寸构件标准化及无差别互换的目标。This paper mainly introduces the precision control during the construction of 500t cable crane and the pre-control of the structural deformation of the main girder.In order to achieve precision control,the supervisor,together with the owner and the manufacturer,takes into account the possible manufacturing problems in advance,and achieves the goal of standardization and non-discrimination exchange of components in the same size by standardizing components in the same size with the same mould.
