摘　　要：复方甘草酸苷片有保肝、抗过敏、抗炎作用,临床上常用于治疗慢性肝病、湿疹、荨麻疹等疾病。该药具有类醛固酮作用,可导致钠潴留、低钾血症等不良反应。本文对1例口服复方甘草酸苷片所致低钾血症病例进行报道,为临床医师管理该类患者随诊及监测相关的不良反应提供参考。Compound glycyrrhizin tablet has the functions of liver-protecting,anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory,and it is commonly used in clinical treatment of chronic liver diseases,eczema,urticaria and other diseases.This tablet has aldosterone-like effects,which may lead to adverse reactions such as sodium retention and hypokalemia.This study reportes one patient of hypokalemia caused by oral compound glycyrrhizin tablet,and provides assistance for clinicians managing patient's follow-up and monitoring related adverse reactions.
