高、低端型产品内国际分工模式变迁及驱动因素分析

摘　　要：研究目标:探索高、低端型产品内分工的演变规律及其核心驱动因素。研究方法:基于45个国家(地区)1996~2016年的HS六位码数据构建指标测算分工水平,然后采用一步SYS-GMM进行实证检验。研究发现:当前的产品内分工体系呈四梯队型的"中心-外围"格局,且各国的分工形态具有一定的延续性;分工模式的黏性使后期的各种驱动政策极易陷入乏力或失效的境地;相对而言,在"内力型"驱动要素中,人力资本投入对高端型产品内分工的提升作用最为显著;发达国家的OFDI对高端型产品内分工具有显著促进作用,但低端型分工为主国家的FDI、OFDI则反而加剧了"低端陷入"。研究创新:提出国别层面高、低端型产品内分工的测度方法,考察各影响因素对不同模式的作用差异。研究价值:为优化中国分工参与模式提供参考。Research Objectives:This paper traces the development of high-end and low-end pattern of international intra-product specialization and explores the two patterns core determinants.Research Methods:This paper measures the level of 45 countries two patterns from 1996 to 2016 at the HS 6-digit level and uses one-step SYS-GMM method to take the empirical analysis.Research Findings:The results indicate that the contemporary international intra-product specialization setup can be categorized into four groups from the core to the periphery,in which the two patterns of every country is typically revealed to be much persistent.The stickiness of pattern makes various following driving polices possibly feeble or ineffective.Human capital has a comparatively sound effect on high-end pattern among three internal driving forces.OFDI can help improve the level of high-end pattern of developed countries.On the contrary,for those countries that are mainly responsible for producing low-skill fragments,both FDI and OFDI make them falling into“low-end pattern trap”much deeply.Research Innovations:This paper designs new indexes to measure the country level of the high-end and low-end pattern and compares the different impacts of various variances.Research Value:The conclusions offer some useful advice on optimizing China s pattern of international intra-product specialization.
