摘 要:针对多柱塞阀配流往复式容积泵的结构特点,提出了通过使进液阀在排液行程阶段延迟关闭的方法来实现泵出口流量调节的目的。为探究这种新型流量调节方法的有效性,利用AMESim建立了仿真模型并进行了仿真分析。结果表明:以曲轴转角位置作为控制信号,从曲轴处于排液行程位置开始,控制各个柱塞腔进液阀依序延迟关闭一定的曲轴转角角度,可使已进入柱塞腔的部分液压介质经进液阀回流至液箱,进而使流经排液阀进入后续液压系统的流体体积减少,最终实现了流量调节目的。相较于现有的基于变频技术和电磁卸荷技术的流量调节方案,提出的新型流量调节方法可避免由于曲轴转速反复变化引起的泵动力端润滑质量下降以及由于卸荷阀反复启闭引起的后续液压系统压力波动频繁等问题。Based on structure characteristics of reciprocating-type positive displacement pump with multi plunger and check valve,a new method of delaying the closing of inlet valve during discharge stroke stage is proposed to realize the purpose of regulating flow rate of the pump.In order to validate effectiveness of the method,a simulation model is developed by AMESim and relevant analysis is carried out.By taking the circumferential position of crankshaft as a control signal,we control liquid inlet valves of each plunger cavity to delay closing a certain circumferential angle of the crankshaft in sequence during discharge stroke,and part of the hydraulic medium that has displaced into plunger chamber can return to the liquid tank through inlet valves;as a result,the volume of the hydraulic medium flowing through outlet valves into the subsequent hydraulic system can be reduced,and the purpose of flow regulation can be achieved.Compared with the existing flow regulation scheme based on frequency conversion technology and electromagnetic unloading technology,the proposed new flow regulation method can avoid the problems of deterioration of lubrication quality at pump power end caused by repeated changes in crankshaft speed,and the frequent pressure fluctuations in subsequent hydraulic systems caused by repeated opening and closing of electromagnetic unloading valve.
