城市休闲绿地适老性评价指标体系研究——以上饶中心城老城区为例

摘　　要：从老年人对城市休闲绿地的"四性"需求视角出发,采用专家判别、层次分析等方法研究构建城市休闲绿地适老性评价指标体系和计算模型,提出并实践了利用Arc GIS最近设施分析模块高效获取定量指标数据的方法。结果显示:案例城区休闲绿地适老性"周围高,中心低"的空间差异显著,各休闲绿地空间可达性、健康娱乐性水平较低,环境舒适性水平最高但仍只有中等水平。研究方法和优化建议可为案例城区及其它老龄化城市科学评价休闲绿地适老性,也可为适老化改造提供科学参考和决策支持。From the perspective of the"four attributes"requirements of the elderly for urban leisure greenland,using the expert discrimination and analytic hierarchy process,this paper constructs an index system and a calculation model for scientifically evaluating urban leisure greenland adaptability for the elderly.In the practical application case,this paper presents and implements an efficient method of obtaining quantitative index data by using ArcGIS closest service facility analysis module.And the result shows that the"high around,low center"spatial difference of leisure greenland adaptability for the elderly in case city is obvious,the level of space accessibility and the level of health-entertainment are low,the level of environmental comfort is the highest but it is still in the medium level.The research methods and optimization suggestions can provide scientific reference and decision support for the case city and other aging cities to evaluate the adaptability for the elderly or make the aging modification.
