摘　　要：以内蒙古大兴安岭重点国有林区为例,分析其森林资源信息化管理需求,基于SOA架构和3S等技术,研建了基于重点国有林区的森林资源管理系统,采用较为先进的插件式技术框架、内外业一体化协同更新、基于空间索引的数据查询等关键技术,实现了林区内森林资源数据的外业采集、数据质检、数据更新、数据查询与浏览、统计分析、专题图制作等功能。系统可为提升重点国有林区森林资源管理水平提供技术支撑。In this paper,the needs of information management in forest resources were analyzed,by taking the example of major state-owned forest areas in the Inner Mongolia Daxing’anling.A forest resources management system about major state-owned forest areas was established through applying SOA,3S and other comprehensive technologies.With this new system,some important functions about forest resources data were designed and implemented,including field acquisition,data quality inspection,data update,data query and browsing,statistical analysis and thematic map making.In addition,some advanced technologies were adopted,such as plug-in technology framework,collaborative update of inside and outside integration,data query based on spatial index,etc.,which provided technical support to promote the level of resources management in major state-owned forest areas.
