摘　　要：目的:探讨鼓膜穿刺后高负压吸引加药物灌洗治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:收治分泌性中耳炎患者160例,给予鼓膜穿刺后高负压吸引加药物灌洗治疗。结果:所有患者未出现全身不良反应,临床治疗总有效率92.5%。结论:鼓膜穿刺后高负压吸引加药物灌洗治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of high negative pressure suction and drug douche after tympanic membrane puncture in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods:160 cases of patients with secretory otitis media were treated with high negative pressure suction and drug douche after tympanic membrane puncture.Results:No systemic adverse reactions occurred in all patients.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 92.5%.Conclusion:The clinical effect of high negative pressure suction and drug douche after tympanic membrane puncture in the treatment of secretory otitis media was significant.
