摘　　要：目的:探讨小切口有限切开钛板内固定治疗锁骨中1/3骨折的疗效。方法:收治锁骨骨折患者40例,采用小切口有限切开钛板内固定术式。结果:该术式手术时间短,岀血量少,切口全甲级愈合,骨折均达到骨性愈合,肩关节功能评分优,手术并发症少。结论:小切口有限切开钛板内固定治疗锁骨骨折具有手术入路安全,无锁骨上神经损伤,手术创伤小,切口感染风险极低,骨折愈合率高,无肩胛带功能障碍。Objective:To explore the effect of limited incision and titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of 1/3 fracture of clavicle.Methods:40 patients with clavicular fracture were treated with limited incision and titanium plate internal fixation.Results:The operation time was short,blood volume was less,all the incision was healed,the fracture reached bone healing,the function of shoulder joint was excellent,and the complications were less.Conclusion:The limited incision of titanium plate with limited incision in the treatment of clavicular fracture has the safety of surgical approach,no supraclavicular nerve injury,small surgical trauma,very low risk of incision infection,high fracture healing rate and no scapular dysfunction.
