克氏针钢丝张力带联合缝扎固定治疗髌骨下极粉碎骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨克氏针钢丝张力带联合缝扎固定治疗髌骨下极粉碎骨折患者的效果。方法:收治髌骨下极粉碎骨折患者32例,对照组使用克氏针钢丝张力带联合缝扎固定治疗,观察组在此基础上加强早期康复锻炼。比较两组效果。结果:观察组患者术后1、3周时的伸直活动度、屈曲活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:克氏针钢丝张力带联合缝扎固定治疗髌骨下极粉碎骨折的效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of Kirschner wire tension band combined with suture fixation in the treatment of comminuted fracture of patellar inferior pole.Methods:32 patients with comminuted fracture of the inferior patella were treated.The control group were treated with Kirschner wire tension band combined with stitching and ligation.The observation group strengthened the early rehabilitation exercise on this basis.Results:In the observation group,the range of motion and flexion activity at 1 and 3 weeks after operation were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kirschner wire tension band combined with suture fixation is effective in the treatment of comminuted fracture of inferior patella.
