格华止联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:格华止联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效。方法:收治T2DM患者196例,随机分成两组,对照组口服格华止治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合甘精胰岛素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:格华止联合甘精胰岛素治疗T2DM疗效显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy of glargine combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:The control group was treated with oral metformin hydrochloride tablets,the observation group was treated with insulin glargine based on the control group.Results:After the treatment,there was a significant difference in PBG,2h-PBG,HbA1c,TG and TC between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin hydrochloride tablets combined with insulin glargine is effective in treating type 2 diabetes.
