摘　　要：目的:探讨持续低流量吸氧对慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法:收治慢性充血性心力衰竭患者900例,分为两组。对照组给予间断低流量吸氧,研究组给予持续低流量吸氧,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:研究组HR、CO、SV、LVEDV指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续低流量吸氧治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭可明显改善心衰症状和心率指标。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of continuous low-flow oxygen inhalation on chronic congestive heart failure.Methods:900 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure were divided into two groups.The control group was given intermittent low-flow oxygen inhalation,and the research group was given continuous low-flow oxygen inhalation,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The indexes of HR,CO,SV and LVEDV in the research group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous low-flow oxygen therapy could improve the symptoms of chronic congestive heart failure and heart rate indexes significantly.
