远红外止咳贴联合顺尔宁治疗儿童支原体肺炎感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨远红外止咳贴联合顺尔宁治疗儿童支原体肺炎感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证的临床疗效和安全性。方法:收治感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用远红外止咳贴联合顺尔宁治疗,对照组采用顺尔宁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率、起效时间和咳嗽、咽痒症状改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:远红外止咳贴联合顺尔宁治疗儿童支原体肺炎感染后咳嗽可改善患者的临床症状,并且在起效时间及改善咳嗽、咽痒症状上效果明显。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of far infrared antitussive paste combined with singulair in the treatment of cough Feng Xie Lian Fei Zheng after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods:100 patients with cough Feng Xie Lian Fei Zheng after infection were selected and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with far infrared antitussive paste combined with singulair,the control group was treated with singulair,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate,the onset time and the improvement of the cough and pharynx itch were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of far infrared antitussive paste combined with singulair in the treatment of cough Feng Xie Lian Fei Zheng after mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children can improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and the effect in the onset of time and improving the cough and pharynx itching was obvious.
