摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾补肺膏结合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床效果。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组给予健脾补肺膏结合西药治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:治疗组治疗后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾补肺膏结合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Bufei ointment combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage.Methods:60 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given western medicine treatment,the treatment group was given Jianpi Bufei ointment combined with western medicine,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in treatment group were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Jianpi Bufei ointment combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage was significant.
