摘　　要：目的:探讨EDTA-K2抗凝剂致假性血小板减少的方法。方法:收治肛瘘患者1例,对其血小板检测结果异常进行探讨。结果:EDTA-K2抗凝标本的血涂片15 min时在显微镜下可看见大量的血小聚集现象。结论:血液检测过程中使用EDTA-K2抗凝剂也会造成血小板假性降低,因此当全自动血液分析仪的血小板计数出现与临床的诊断不相符且严重偏低时,检验人员应该及时并且积极的找出原因。Objective:To explore the method of pseudothrombocytopenia induced by EDTA-K2 anticoagulant.Methods:1 case of anal fistula was selected,and the abnormal results of platelet examination were discussed.Results:The blood smear 15min of EDTA-K2 anticoagulation specimen can be seen under the microscope.Conclusion:The use of EDTA-K2 anticoagulants in the process of blood testing will also cause a reduction in platelet falsely,so the inspectors should find out the causes in time and actively when the platelet count of the automatic blood analyzer does not correspond to the clinical diagnosis.
