摘　　要：目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者临床化疗的全方位护理效果。方法:收治化疗的恶性肿瘤患者400例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用全方位护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组身体评分、心理评分和社会评分均明显高于对照组,而疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:恶性肿瘤患者临床化疗的全方位护理效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing for malignant tumor patients with clinical chemotherapy.Methods:400 patients with malignant tumor and chemotherapy were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group,we compared the nursing effect in the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the physical score,psychological score and social score were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing for malignant tumor patients with clinical chemotherapy was significant.
