超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术患者的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术患者的护理方法。方法:收治麦默通乳腺微创旋切术患者89例,给予术前护理、术中护理及术后护理。结果:所有患者均顺利手术,无操作失败。术后随访未发现肿块残留、切口感染及明显疤痕。结论:完善的护理可提高超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术患者的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the nursing method for ultrasound-guided maimoton minimally invasive rotary surgery.Methods:89 cases of patients with maimoton minimally invasive rotary surgery were treated with preoperative nursing,intraoperative nursing and postoperative nursing.Results:All patients were operated successfully without operation failure.No residual mass,incision infection and obvious scar were found after follow-up.Conclusion:Perfect nursing could improve the therapeutic effect of ultrasound-guided maimoton minimally invasive rotary surgery.
