摘　　要：目的:探讨输血科管理工作与临床输血质量的影响因素。方法:收治患者100例,随机分为常规组和试验组。常规组采用常规管理模式,试验组根据临床输血质量影响因素采取针对性控制措施,比较两组管理效果。结果:试验组护理满意度显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:借助行之有效的输血科管理,能有效提高输血科输血质量,改善患者的临床体验。Objective:To explore the influence factor of management work and quality of clinical transfusion in blood transfusion department.Methods:100 patients were selected,they were randomly divided into the routine group and the experimental group.The routine group was given routine management model,and the experimental group was given specific control measures according to the factors affecting the quality of clinical transfusion,we compared the management effects of two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective management of the blood transfusion department can effectively improve the quality of transfusion of the blood transfusion department and improve the clinical experience of patients.
