摘 要:以液化MDI、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)和1,4-丁二醇为原料,通过一步法合成聚碳酸酯型形状记忆聚氨酯(PU)。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热法、万能力学试验机和形状记忆测试等研究了PCDL分子量对PU氢键化程度、热性能、力学性能和形状记忆性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着PCDL分子量的增大,PU的拉伸强度先增大后减小,断裂伸长率逐渐增大,硬度逐渐减小;PU形状固定率均大于71%,最高达到100%;形状恢复率大于90%,最高可达100%。A series of polycarbonate-based shape memory polyurethanes were synthesized by one-step melting method from liquefied MDI(MM103),1,4-butanediol(BDO)and polycarbonatediols(PCDL).The hydrogenation degree,thermal properties,mechanical properties and shape memory properties of polyurethane were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry,universal testingmachines and shape memory test.The results showed that the tensile strength of PU increased firstly and then decreased,the elongation at break increased with the increase of molecular weight of soft segment,and the hardness decreased gradually.The shape fixation rate of all PU was above 71%and the highest one reached 100%.Shape recovery rates were above 90%,up to 100%.
