妈富隆治疗上环后子宫异常出血的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妈富隆治疗上环后子宫异常出血的临床效果。方法:收治上环后子宫异常出血患者100例,分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予妈富隆治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妈富隆治疗上环后子宫异常出血患者可提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of marvelon on abnormal uterine bleeding after upper ring.Methods:100 cases of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after upper ring were divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the research group was given marvelon on the basis of the control group,the clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Marvelon could improve the clinical effect of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after upper ring.
