摘　　要：目的:探讨刃针结合功能牵伸治疗肩胛提肌损伤的疗效。方法:收治肩胛提肌损伤患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用毫针治疗,治疗组采用刃针结合功能牵伸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组肩关节功能评定和VAS评分均显著改善,且治疗组肩关节功能评定显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:刃针结合功能牵伸治疗肩胛提肌损伤临床效果更佳。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Ren Zhen combined with functional drafting in the treatment of scapular levator injury.Methods:60 cases with scapular levator injury were selected,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with Hao Zhen,the treatment group was treated with Ren Zhen combined with functional drafting,we compared the treatment effect in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the assessment of shoulder joint function and VAS score of the two groups were significantly improved,and the assessment of shoulder joint function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Ren Zhen combined with functional drafting in the treatment of scapular levator injury was better.
