甲氨蝶呤联合牛皮癣膏药外敷治疗银屑病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合牛皮癣膏药治疗银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法:收治银屑病患者169例,随机分为牛皮癣膏药组、甲氨蝶呤组及甲氨蝶呤与牛皮癣膏药联合治疗组(联合治疗组),比较3组治疗效果。结果:联合治疗组总有效率明显高于牛皮癣膏药组和甲氨蝶呤组(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合牛皮癣膏药治疗银屑病的临床疗效显著,安全性好。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of methotrexate combined with psoriasis plaster in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods:169 patients with psoriasis were selected,they were randomly divided into the psoriasis plaster group,the methotrexate group,the methotrexate and psoriasis plaster combined treatment group,we compared the treatment effect of three groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the psoriasis plaster group and the methotrexate group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined with psoriasis plaster in the treatment of psoriasis was significant,and the safety was good.
