血压及血脂异常与煤工尘肺合并脑血管病相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨煤工尘肺患者脑血管病发病情况及其相关影响因素。方法:收治煤工尘肺患者324例为尘肺组,选择无尘肺老年男性200例为对照组。对比两组脑血管病、高血压、血脂情况。结果:尘肺组脑血管发病率、高血压发病率和低密度脂蛋白异常发生率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:煤工尘肺患者脑血管病发病率较高,高血压及低密度脂蛋白异常是煤工尘肺脑血管病发病的高危因素,对健康危害较大。Objective:To investigate the incidence of cerebrovascular disease in coal worker's pneumoconiosis and related factors.Methods:324 cases of coal worker's pneumoconiosis were selected as the pneumoconiosis group,200 cases of elderly men without pneumoconiosis were selected as the control group,we compared the cerebrovascular disease,hypertension and blood lipid in the two groups.Results:In the pneumoconiosis group,the incidence of cerebrovascular disease,the incidence of hypertension and the incidence of abnormal low density lipoprotein were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of cerebrovascular disease in coal worker's pneumoconiosis patients was relatively high,hypertension and abnormal low density lipoprotein were risk factors of cerebrovascular disease in coal worker's pneumoconiosis,it had great harm to health.
