摘　　要：目的:探讨头位胎膜早破孕妇临产时行体位护理干预的效果。方法:收治头位胎膜早破孕妇92例,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用体位护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组顺产率、剖宫产率、导尿操作发生率和各个产程时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头位胎膜早破孕妇临产时行体位护理干预的效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of posture nursing intervention for pregnant women with head position premature rupture of fetal membranes at parturient.Methods:92 pregnant women with head position premature rupture of fetal membranes were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group added with posture nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,we compared the nursing effect in the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the rate of spontaneous delivery,the rate of cesarean section,the rate of catheterization and the duration of labor were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of posture nursing intervention for pregnant women with head position premature rupture of fetal membranes at parturient was significant.
