探讨老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗的效果。方法选取2017年3月~2018年1月我院收治的老年重症心力衰竭患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机分组的原则将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例,给予对照组患者采用急诊内科常规治疗,给予观察组患者采用急诊内科综合治疗方案。对比分析两组患者实施治疗后心功能分级情况、临床效果还有治疗前后BNP和LVEF辩护。结果对比对照组,观察组治疗后临床总有效率明显要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比治疗后心功能分级情况,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施治疗后两组BNP和LVEF明显优于治疗前,且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年重症心力衰竭患者采用急诊内科综合治疗方案实施治疗,可获取较好的临床效果,能够改善患者的临床症状,值得大力推广和采用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of emergency medical treatment for severe heart failure in the elderly.Methods From March 2017 to January 2018,100 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure,according to the principle of randomized into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50),giving the control group were treated by emergency medical conventional treatment,give the observation group were treated by emergency medicine comprehensive treatment plan.The cardiac function classification,clinical effect and BNP and LVEF defense before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the cardiac function classification after treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).BNP and LVEF were significantly better in the two groups after treatment than before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In view of the old patients with severe heart failure using emergency medicine comprehensive treatment,treatment can obtain good clinical effect,can improve the patient's clinical symptoms,is worth promoting and using.
