某常减压装置P112A封油管线泄漏原因分析

摘　　要：本文对某常减压装置P112A泄漏封油管线进行了宏观检验、光谱检测、射线检测、渗透检测、金相检验以及物料分析,得出P112A封油管线泄漏原因为:腐蚀性介质和高应力共同作用下发生的应力腐蚀开裂。The main causes on leakage failure of a oil-filled pipeline P112A is cracking of stress corrosion,through the analysis of macro inspection,spectrum detection,ray detection,penetration testing,metallographic examination and material analysis.
