摘　　要：本文论述了管道三层PE粉末防腐层成型技术的工艺及优缺点,采用环氧粉末、粉状中间胶粘剂和粉末状聚乙烯涂料,按照不同的喷涂方式在加热的钢管表面熔融后一次成膜,形成三层PE涂层。讨论了这种新工艺所具有的可推广性。In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of 3PE powder coating technology are discussed.Epoxy powder,powdery intermediate adhesive and powdery polyethylene paint are used to form a film on the surface of the heated steel pipe after being melted according to different spraying methods.A three-layer PE coating is formed.The feasibility of this new process is discussed.
