摘　　要：随着油田的持续开发,埋地金属管道使用年限不断增长,管道腐蚀问题成为管道运输面临的重要难题。本文主要介绍了采油七厂针对埋地金属管道的腐蚀状况,通过埋地金属管道的腐蚀现状调查,针对存在的问题,提出建议,从施工质量控制、阴极保护管理等方面入手,主张"维护为主,更换为辅,修换结合"的管理理念,多措并举,提高油田埋地金属管道腐蚀防护管理水平,延长埋地管道的使用寿命,形成长效的管理机制。Along with the continuous development of oil field,buried metal pipeline service life continues to grow,pipeline corrosion has become an important problem in pipeline transportation.This paper mainly introduces the corrosion status of buried metal pipeline in No.7 Oil Production Plant,through the investigation of corrosion status of buried metal pipeline,according to the problems,put forward suggestions,from the construction quality control,cathodic protection management,advocate the management idea of'Focus on maintenance,Postpone the replacement,Contact the maintenance and replacement',in many ways,improve the management level of corrosion protection for buried metal pipeline in oil field,prolong the service life of buried pipeline,to form a long-term effective management mechanism.
