摘  要:为解决油气田埋地管道内腐蚀问题,本文对纤维增强涂料性能进行了研究,介绍了风送挤涂纤维增强涂料管道内防腐技术的施工工艺和应用效果:一次性挤涂长度达到3.5km,通过弯头数30个/km,最小管径D48×6;涂层耐温80℃,邵氏硬度大于60,耐腐蚀性能优良。有效的解决了油气田集输管道输送高腐蚀介质的内防腐技术难题。Extensive studies on fiber-strengthened inner coating have been done to address the complicated inner corrosion issues in underground pipes in the oilfield.This article presents the results of the studies as well as the procedure of applying the inner coating with pneumatically-pig-squeezed technique and its effectiveness in the underground pipe anticorrosion project:the coating extends a length of 3.5 km with 30 turns per 1 km,with a minimum outer radius of 48 mm and thickness of 6 mm.The coating exhibits a good ability of bearing heat at 80℃and has a Shore hardness of over 60.The coating demonstrates a good resistance to corrosion as well.The coating is remarked as a great solution to the inner corrosion often found in pipes transporting highly corrosive materials.
