摘　　要：生物反应器能够有效的提高细胞的培养密度、降低生产成本,保证大规模生产的产品质量;是细胞大规模培养的关键设备。本文以吉林大学艾滋病疫苗国家工程实验室的一台型号为JY-CPB10C一次性填充床生物反应器为例,对其系统组成、基本操作、常见问题处理及功能应用进行阐述,以期使初学者可以更加快速的掌握使用该系统进行动物细胞大规模培养的基本实验技术。Bioreactor can effectively improve the cell culture density,reduce production costs,to ensure the quality of large-scale production of products is the key equipment for large-scale cell culture.In this pape,a disposable packed bed bioreactor JY-CPB 10c in Nation Engineering Laboratory for AIDS Vaccine,Jilin university are take as an example,the system composition,operation,solutions to common problems and application were described in order to enable beginners to grasp the experimental technology of large-scale animal cell culture.
