利拉鲁肽联合清热祛浊胶囊对2型糖尿病血管内皮保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察利拉鲁肽联合清热祛浊胶囊对2型糖尿病血管内皮保护作用。方法:随机选择2016年1月-2017年1月至我院内分泌科门诊及住院的初诊肥胖2型糖尿病患者120例进行临床研究。使用随机数字法将患者分为对照组、利拉鲁肽干预组、利拉鲁肽联合清热祛浊胶囊干预组(联合干预组)各40例,对照组给予二甲双胍肠溶片;利拉鲁肽干预组在对照组常规治疗基础上联合利拉鲁肽;联合干预组在对照组治疗的基础上给予利拉鲁肽、清热祛浊胶囊。结果:治疗后三组患者指标均有所改善,但联合干预组治疗后各项指标明显优于其他各组,所有患者无明显不良反应。结论:利拉鲁肽联合清热祛浊胶囊对2型糖尿病血管内皮具有良好的保护作用。Objective:To observe efficacy of liraglutide plus the Qingre Quzhuo capsule(清热祛浊胶囊)on vascular endothelialization in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into three groups,40 cases in each.The control group was given metformin tablets;the liraglutide intervention group was given liraglutide more;the concerted intervention group received liraglutide and the Qingre Quzhuo capsule.Results:After treatment,the indexes in three groups were improved,but the indexes in the concerted intervention group were obviously better than those in the other groups,and there was no obvious adverse reaction in all patients.Conclusion:Liraglutide plus the Qingre Qizhuo capsule has good protective effects on vascular endothelium in patients with type 2 diabetes.
