摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散加减治疗65例消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取本科室于2009-2013年收治的132例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方法将这132例患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组65例,给予逍遥散加减治疗;对照组67例,给予泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊、多潘立酮片治疗。治疗组和观察组疗程均为8周,分析治疗组和对照组的临床效果。结果:治疗组与对照组胃镜疗效分别为92.3%和91.0%,治疗组和对照组的疗效和积分无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分均显著低于治疗前症状积分(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗过程中安全性指标均在正常范围内,无不良反应。结论:逍遥散加减治疗消化性溃疡安全有效,临床治疗效果显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao San(逍遥散)on 65 cases of peptic ulcer.Methods:132 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group of 65 cases was treated with Xiaoyao San;67 cases in the control group were given pantoprazole and polyacetone tablets.The clinical effects were analyzed.Results:The efficiency in the treatment group and the control group was 92.3%and 91.0%respectively;there was no significant difference in efficacy and symptom score(P>0.05).The symptom scores in groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).No adverse reaction was happened in groups.Conclusion:Xiaoyao San on peptic ulcer is effective and safety.
