探讨实施住院全程关护对提高外伤性截瘫患者生活质量的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨住院全程关护对提高外伤性截瘫患者生活质量的效果。方法:选择68例外伤性截瘫住院患者,随机分为观察组(施行全程关护)和对照组(施行传统护理)各34例。对照组采用常规护理和非系统的功能锻炼;观察组除实施对照组常规护理外,实施入院时责任护士的首接负责制,手术前及手术后护理,出院时健康指导,出院后家庭护理,并在出院前对每位患者进行总结评价,出院后半年进行回访。结果:观察组患者对疾病知识掌握达标率、满意度、术后生存质量均高于对照组;半年后随访,各种并发症发生率低于对照组。结论:对外伤性截瘫患者实施住院全程关护,可减少并发症的发生,提高患者生存质量,减轻经济负担。Objective:To observe the effect of hospitalized whole nursing on quality of life in patients with traumatic paraplegia.Methods:68 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,34 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing plus non-systematic functional exercise.The observation group was given hospitalized whole nursing more.Results:The success rate of knowledge of the disease,satisfaction rate and quality of life in the observation group were better than the control group.After six months of follow-up,the incidence of complications was lower than the control group.Conclusion:Hospitalized whole nursing on traumatic paraplegia can reduce incidence of complications,improve quality of life,reduce the economic burden.
