摘　　要：目的:探讨门纯德先生用联合方组治疗痹证经验,为临床治疗痹证提供一种可靠的诊疗方法。方法:通过对痹证病因病机的分析以及联合方组内涵的论述,揭示联合方组治疗痹证方面的优势所在,同时列举门纯德先生治疗各类痹证的常用方组及验案两则。结果:门纯德先生以联合方组救治众多痹证患者,服药后患者症状均有明显改善,提高生活质量。结论:联合方组在治疗痹证方面屡建奇功,且经方为用,方精药简,避免药物的大杂烩,并针对痹证病机,扶正祛邪兼顾,值得临床推广使用。Objective:The experience of treating the Bi synadrome(痹证)was investigated,to provide a reliable diagnosis and treatment method.Methods:The etiology and pathogenesis of Bi syndrome and connotation of the combine prescription were analyzed;the advantages of the combine prescription on the Bi synadrome were revealed.The combine prescription and two cases were also listed.Results:After treatment by the combine prescription from Mr.Men Chunde,the symptoms and the quality of life were significantly improved.Conclusion:The combine prescription shows strange effects,is referenced to empirical prescription,with concise mecicine and specialized,can Fuzheng Quxie(扶正祛邪),is worthy of clinical promotion.
