龟鹿补肾丸促进卵泡发育的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究龟鹿补肾丸促进卵泡发育的临床效果。方法:参与本研究的功能性无排卵患者共60例(均属脾肾阳虚型),随机分成研究组和对照组(均n=30),研究组口服龟鹿补肾丸,对照组口服戊酸雌二醇片、枸橼酸氯米芬及黄体酮胶囊,超声监测主卵泡增长、子宫内膜生长及排卵情况。结果:两组患者卵泡直径明显增大,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),妊娠率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:龟鹿补肾丸具有促进卵泡发育及提高妊娠率的作用。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Guilu Bushen Wan(龟鹿补肾丸)on follicular development.Methods:60 patients with the Pishen Yangxu type(脾肾阳虚型)were randomly divided into the study group and control group(n=30).The study group received Guilu Bushen Wan;the control group was given estradiol valerate tabletes,clomiphene citrate and progesterone capsules.The primary follicle growth,endometrial growth,and ovulation were monitored by ultrasound.Results:The diameter of follicles in groups were increased significantly after treatment,with significant differences(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference of the total efficiency between groups(P>0.05).And there was significant difference of pregnancy rate between groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Guilu Bushen Wan can promote follicular development and increase pregnancy rate.
