加味消抗汤与强的松并用治疗免疫性不孕不育的临床效果及对患者免疫功能的影响评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味消抗汤与强的松并用治疗免疫性不孕不育的临床效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:随机抽选免疫性不孕不育患者78例进行研究,均于2015年1月-2017年11月期间我院妇科收治,按照随机数字法分组,就强的松治疗(对照组,n=39)与加味消抗汤与强的松并用治疗(观察组,n=39)对临床疗效、免疫抗体转阴状况以及孕育状况展开对比。结果:观察组患者临床疗效、免疫抗体转阴状况以及孕育状况明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:加味消抗汤与强的松并用治疗免疫性不孕不育的临床效果较好,可改善其临床症状,促进妊娠,加快免疫抗体转阴,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Xiaokang decoction(消抗汤)and prednisone on immune infertility and immune function.Methods:78 patients were randomly selected and grouped.39 patients in the control group were given prednisone.39 patients in the observation group were given the Xiaokang decoction and prednisone.The clinical efficacy,status of immune antibody and the pregnancy status were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy,status of immune antibody and pregnancy status in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Xiaokang decoction plus prednisone on immune infertility shows a good clinical efficacy,can improve clinical symptom,promote pregnancy,accelerate immune antibody negative and improve the quality of life.
