皮屑Ⅰ号联合采乐洗剂治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨皮屑I号洗剂联合采乐洗剂治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合诊断标准及纳入标准的头皮脂溢性皮炎患者65例,治疗组(30例)使用自制皮屑I号洗剂联合采乐洗剂,对照组(35例)仅使用采乐洗剂,治疗观察2周,总结比较疗效。结果:两组患者皮损症状积分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01);治疗2周后,治疗组的皮损症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(96.67%VS 80%,P=0.04)。两组均未发现不良反应的患者。结论:皮屑I号联合采乐洗剂治疗头部脂溢性皮炎安全有效,值得推广。Objective:To observe the curative effects of the Pixie I lotion(皮屑I号洗剂)plus triatop lotion on SDS.Methods:65 patients with SDS were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group,35 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with the Pixie I lotion and triatop lotion;the control group was treated with triatop lotion.Results:The symptom scores of skin lesions in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).After 2 weeks,the symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The total efficiency in the treatment group was 96.67%,and significantly higher than 80%in the control group(P=0.04).No adverse reactions were found among patients.Conclusion:The Pixie I lotion and triatop lotion was effective and safe on SDS,and is worthy of expansion.
