摘　　要：中风后肩手综合征发病率高、致残率高而引起临床的重视,通过对近5年文献的汇总,目前治疗中风后肩手综合征的方法主要包括西医康复护理、中医康复护理及中西医结合康复护理三大块,显示出中西医结合康复护理治疗中风后肩手综合征具有独特优势,并已证实有显著疗效。The high morbidity and disability rate of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke cause clinical attention.The literature in recent 5 years were summarized.The methods of treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke mainly include western rehabilitation nursing,TCM rehabilitation nursing and the integrative medicine rehabilitation nursing.The integrative medicine rehabilitation nursing in treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke shows a significant effect and unique advantage.
