潮汕地区围绝经期综合征中医证型的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:研究潮汕地区绝经期综合征中医证型的分布规律。方法:对居住于潮汕地区两年以上的142例该病患者开展调查,结合中医辨证分型对调查结果进行统计分析,以了解本病各种中医证型在该地区人群的分布状态。结果:主证中肾阴虚型比例最高,兼证中脾气虚比例最高。结论:脾胃虚损也是潮汕地区围绝经期综合征发病的关键因素,有必要在这次调查分析的基础上进一步开展从脾肾两虚论治潮汕地区围绝经期综合征的临床研究。Objective:To investigate the distribution of TCM syndrome types of perimenopausal syndrome in Chaoshan area.Methods:142 patients with perimenopausal syndrome living in Chaoshan area for more than two years were included in the study.The results of the investigation were analyzed according to the syndrome differentiation of TCM;and the distribution status of various TCM syndrome types in this area were understood.Results:In the main syndrome,the Shenyin Xu type(肾阴虚)took up the highest proportion.While in the subordinate syndrome,the proportion of the Piqi Xu type(脾气虚)was the highest.Conclusion:Piwei Xusun(脾胃虚损)was the key factor of perimenopausal syndrome in Chaoshan area.It is necessary to further develop the clinical study on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome in Chaoshan area from the Pishen Liangxu(脾肾两虚)on the basis of this investigation and analysis.
